Unfair on Chambers to cop any stick really, but Lambert deserves whatever he got. Hoping Evans was there tonight. Had the thought that the Evans out chants, if achieving nothing else, will mean PL is sacked sooner rather than later. |

I have some sympathy for that, although I think you could also argue that it was fairly clear in which direction football was trending finance wise. The championship took a while to catch up to the PL spending (relatively) but was always likely to.
The fact he didn't really seem to have a plan beyond chuck 10m at it and hire Roy Keane wasn't good enough and meant we've been falling ever since that didn't work out, MM aside. |

Think it has to be looked at from where he took us over too. A club with every chance of getting promoted to the PL in the next few seasons, to struggling to mount a L1 promotion challenge a decade later. And no sign of that trend reversing. |

He makes up weird stories about going to Cairo on a moped or sailing to the Horn of Africa of on a pedalo. It's either that, or weird abuse aimed at ITFC. He is almost certainly a deranged Norwich fan. |

Exactly. Basically, every decision he has ever made re ITFC, reverse that, and we'd probably be in the PL. Mick aside. But Mick was always a sticking plaster on what was already a bomb site after Keane and Jewell. |

Is he willing to write off the debt? Is he actively trying? Many moons ago he did an interview where he said he had rejected offers. Football clubs are still being sold. Usually they are publicly for sale too. That would be a good first step. |
