We can't agree and it's getting heated - are Belgium playing in brown shorts or marroon? |
| Forum Thread | Parking for the Regent at 12:55 6 Oct 2022
Hoping to tap into some local knowledge here. Where would you say is best to park for a weekend evening show at the Regent? The ones close by are tiny so assume we won't find a space but seems others shut at 10.30pm or cost a fortune. |

Sorry for a covid rules post but could someone tell me whether you're still meant to socially distance when meeting up with 5 others? I keep seeing photos on facebook of groups in huddles and thinking surely they wouldn't be posting it all over facebook if they were breaking the rules would they? |
| Forum Thread | Cambridge Utd next season? at 23:03 27 Feb 2021
Turned on Quest a few minutes too late to see the Ipswich highlights but did see L2 with Cambridge Utd sitting top. If we don't get promotion then it looks like this local derby could back for next season. I remember back in the 90s going to a few derbies in what must've been the old division one, managed by John Beck if I recall with a well-earned reputation for being dirty and long ball specialists. They look a bit different now and googling their manager I found it interesting he's a young manager who isn't an ex-player https://www.theguardian.com/football/football-league-blog/2021/feb/04/homegrown- (apologies for the ex-nodge mentioned too). |
| Forum Thread | Essex then at 12:16 15 Oct 2020
So it's confirmed Essex is going up to tier 2 on Saturday. I live on the border so it's strange to think that my little group of friends will not be able to meet up at some of our regular cafe's and pubs but will be able to still do so in others. |
| Forum Thread | More car buying advice needed at 09:25 4 Sep 2020
Seen some good advice on here recently about buying used cars so thought I'd pick your collective brains. Once upon a time you used to be able to knock the price down quite a bit with a dealer if you weren't part exchanging - is that still the case? Looking to spend about £5-6k on a Ford if that's relevent. |
