If he goes to Chelsea he’s mad
If he goes to Man Utd he will be given a season and expected to finish top 4 or, FO
If he goes to Brighton he will be asked to do what he’s done with Ipswich with a bunch of players he doesn’t know and no time to do it
If he finishes 7th with us he’d get a statue and a stand named after him
If he finishes 7th with MU or chelski , he’d get fired
If he stays with us, we’d probably give him a couple of seasons even if we got relegated
With that in mind, this shouldn’t be a hard decision

heres an idea. if IBC own the ground, tell them they have to pay to maintain it to the standard required. give them the bill for the groundsmen, and see how long it is before they want to sell it back to us :)

alan shearer - fantastic player for southampton, blackburym, england, seems to command respect of peers, players and team. as much management experience the downing street cat
paulo di canio - doing ok at swindon. would upset everyone
gus poyet - doing well at brighton. fans and team love him. would never come here
george burley - got us playing good football. not given enough time post previous sucess at PR. would be returning to yesterdays man. not sure most fans would accept that.
mick mills/terry butcher - would only want them as coaches. would hate for their legend status' to be ruined.

SWANSEA - no £300k or whatever it is might not make a blind bit of differences to the Swansea coffers, but a transfer embargo willl....
without being able to sign anyone in the pre-season means you might have to wait until january to get anyone... by the way... enjoy the 12-0 drubbings youll get from arsenal, chelsea, man utd etc...
