But something about this Manchester concert doesn't sit well with me.
When Mumford and Take That came out and started thier act, I thought "yeah, this will be nice." Unfortunately it just seems to be a bit of a band wagon thing at the moment. The likes of black eyed peas, miley cyrus, some no name rapper and little mix in pants just doesn't seem to reminisce with me. Add the fact that the crowd just seem to be there on an ego trip, and I can't help but feel they've completely missed the point of this. |  |

I did find it interesting that one of Grande's media people told the press that most of the families of the dead were on board but a few 'were strongly against it'
Surely if even one was completely against something like that, you wouldn't go ahead?

I don't see what harm it can do...everyone's harping on about standing together and showing resilience, a concert does just that and is raising money for a good cause. The rapper is her boyfriend and by all accounts has been helping her get over what happened...a few of the other random acts I think have done same and to help publicise the event. It's not for me, but then I don't think it's supposed to be. I sort of understand what you're saying but you could take another stance altogether and think, Hey, these wealthy people don't have to be there.
I like that the response to a terrorist attack on a concert is to immediately hold another concert.
