Guthrum's Estimated Final Table 21:24 - Apr 16 with 3164 viewsGuthrum

Because Harry asked me to produce one. As of today, usual rules and mechanics apply.

Am I then right in thinking Cardiff will play Millwall in the play-offs & it'll be Steve Bruce versus Pulis in the other?

16 points from the play offs and 18 points clear of relegation.

Throw in more woeful cup form and that's a pretty dull season.

Thank you Guthrum and apologies for haranguing you on Saturday! You did pick up on Millwall's and Fulham's good runs two months before anyone else.

My Bristol City supporting customers place great store in this, so you have properly set me up for the rest of the week and I can't wait to show it to them.

Cardiff against Boro would be tight, but it's interesting to see the Lions possibly going up against Villa in the play-offs, as we were chatting more on Saturday about them playing Cardiff or Fulham. My sense is that Villa of all the play-off teams could have too much for them over two legs.

At the other end I do hope Barnsley sneak ahead of Bolton, but I fear for them having seen them on Tuesday. They lacked the cohesiveness and simple quality of, for example, Birmingham and I'm not sure that they will have enough to beat Forest in their game in hand, but it would be great of they did stay up.

That's a fair pile of assumptions you've jumped to there.....

Maybe for selfish reasons I am hoping that Barnsley get relegated. It's clear they intend to massively invest in the Summer for a top 6 place, whilst Bolton will (more likely than not) be a relegation candidate once again.

Surprised Fulham are as unlikely as that to finish second.
