They seem to struggle to hold onto players more than we do - may be because they seem to recruit so heavily out of London and have a number of players from there on their books so much easier for them to lose.
In fairness they have had Josh and Jacob Murphy, James Maddison and Angus Gunn who are all having good careers from their academy. We haven't really had anyone 'make the leap' into senior football for a little while |  |

Well they either have Gunn or they have Maddison....!
Gunn was with Norwich then went to City, Maddison was with Coventry and then went to Norwich.
But with having Gunn all those years, then back for a loan spell they have done well with regards to developing him.
Either way, they have had more players come through making an impact at a higher level than us over recent years | |
