The cost of running the club costs ITFC anything from 6-8 every year net loss if no assets are sold. This information can be found upon previous P&L accounts from previous years.
To balance out this loss Evans subsides through one of his alternative businesses, hence the loss for Evans regardless and hence why we’ll never have pay the debt until he sells but that will be transferred under new ownership. | |
