I think he’d be a good signing, but would need to hit the ground running next week, wouldn’t have had a proper pre season.
Does seem to be a calm/cool and composed captain. I believe I read a while ago that Toto stated the importance of having Mat Sadler with him at Shrewsbury, every week he was the coolest man on the field.
Not sure Chambo is that kind of partner for Toto, a little bit all action as well, but Thompson certainly seems to by all accounts be more of a composed character. |  |
