TWTD London Restaurant Advice... 19:02 - Oct 1 with 1578 views | Dubtractor | A question for those of you amongst the metropolitan elite...... I'm trying to sort a London restaurant, for a group of about 15, which has decent options for meat eaters and vegans, including more than one token vegan option. Ideally with prices in the £30 to £40 a head range. I'm struggling though, I've found some nice places, but all fail on the decent veggie/vegan options. So any suggestions from those of you living in the city would be appreciated. Cheers.

I ate there a couple of years ago and the food was excellent, offers a good selection of vegan/vegetarian dishes too

We had our Christmas uni get together there last year and the food was absolutely awful. Mind you there were about 30 of us, very rowdy and probably generally fairly insufferable so they probably didn't exactly try their hardest. 10/10 for Italian karaoke with the owner, atmosphere and volumes of free Limincello. 1/10 for food.

Yeh the food certainly used to be awful although TBH I haven't been in there for years.

You might be able to book with 15 people though, you'd have to call and ask. They have a good vegan menu as well as one for carnivores: http://www.dishoom.com/food-drink/ It's more sharing plates though so not sure if that works or not with your group. SB

Dishoom is fantastic but the queues are a nightmare. Andina have a place round the corner from the shoreditch dishoom which is such a treat. Lots of small plates again. And to complete your evening you can bookend it with trips to Hamilton hall.

Their street food kitchen is exceptional whenever I've been in. I believe you can book for larger tables and it's a bit of a tapas style menu. https://www.rotichai.com/
