are some of the most annoying people ever to walk the planet. Especially those who all get the benefits of living in a capitalist society.

Why should people feel guilty for working hard being successful and earning lots of money? Not to mention they pay a lot more in tax. Listening to Corbyn makes me want to throw up.

Where has anyone in Labour suggested that that people should feel guilty for working hard, being successful and earning lots of money? And where does anyone in Labour say they don't want to live in a capitalist society? Socialism is still a form of capitalism, just a more regulated one.

Sounds like you're getting angry about things that haven't been said. Try a little nuance.

Corbyn constantly goes on about the UK having rich people and the UK having people in poverty, he's an old school socialist and you know it. Unfortunately it won't fly or work in 2019 though.

I don't think he's talking about you middle management types when he's talking about wealthy folks.

Hey ! Go easy! It's a full time job ensuring people can't afford drug prices in the US, let alone worrying about the UK povos as well.

You don’t have to be a socialist to agree with those statements.

Odd that you'd be so self centred and tone deaf towards wealth inequality if so.

OK how do you plan to change that without taxing the well off?
Look at what the charities are saying and you should be able to work out that circa 40% of the population are struggling.

The UK does have rich people and people in poverty. His argument is that people at the top should bear the burden of taxation to help people out of poverty, rather than people who are in low paid work ( many of whom are in poverty themselves.) Under Labour's tax plan, someone earning £85,000 per year would pay an extra £21 in tax per month, hardly revolutionary stuff.

And going back to your previous point about working hard, surely you don't believe that all people in poverty don't work hard?

Charity is a failure of the state. If you spend your time and money doing something the state should be doing, doesn't that give you a bit of a hint? Probably not in your case.

How is that relevant to what I said? Where have labour said people should feel guilty for working hard or making money, or that they want a non- capitalist society?

If the labour manifesto says they will introduce a tax on all wealth above £999m then come back and have the conversation.

No one actually *needs* a billion quid though, do they?

Few million quid in the bank, buy some silly house, your own cove in Cornwall, that bloke from Blur making your own personalised cheese, all that guff.

But a billion? Whats the point?
