I think a DM not scoring is pretty standard. A number 10 that doesn't create or score on the other hand is a total liability. | |

I'm quite happy with our water carrier screening the back four effectively, starting off our attacking phases, covering the full bcks when they bomb on, controlling the midfield and generally being the heartbeat to our tempo of play.

Lack of goals from midfield and defence has been going on for years, been a long time since we had a midfielder get double figures (Tommy Miller?) and quite a while since Bera, Chambers and Smith chipped in with 15 goals one season. |  |
