Blimey... 10:37 - Mar 17 with 3865 views | footers | ... bit fractious on here this morning ain't it. Considering the successes of the best/worst vegetable thread, how about a best dog thread to lighten the mood? For me, it's got to be the slender, noble greyhound. Not the most in vogue doggo at the moment, but the British people will come to their senses soon enough. What a beauty!

Blimey... on 11:26 - Mar 17 by footers | Docking is totally wrong. I don't see why it isn't banned, tbh. Horribly cruel thing to do if just for cosmetic purposes. |
It is banned now (in the UK anyway).

Sure but I think that's slightly different. It's definitely a grey zone but leaving dogs with powerful urges we don't let them act on seems cruel in another way.

Really? My mate knows a lay-by off the A12 where they're still at it most Thursdays. Unless I misheard him?

Indeed, my poor lad used to fashion his thick rug into a kind of blow-up bitch & give it a good ol' humping, whilst simultaneously tearing it to fishnet at the 'neck' end, before I had him 'done'. (Was always after his evening meal for some weird reason, maybe some biological thing to do with wanting to pass the genes on whilst full of calories & fit). Castration at a youngish age also helps protect dogs against some types of cancer.

Blimey... on 12:54 - Mar 17 with 1220 views | Ryorry | Anyway, nothing to beat an Italian Spinone (large, hairy, all purpose hunt-point-retrieve gundog - brilliant with kids & other dogs, soft temperaments, sense of humour, clownish behaviour) - they come in 2 colours, brown roan & 'orange & white' (sort of cream-golden). https://www.dogzone.com/breeds/italian-spinone/

Blimey... on 12:56 - Mar 17 with 1217 views | jeera | All dogs are great. Obviously apart from diddy yappy, snappy things that no one other their owners like. Why do people have those. The only one I ever found fun was a pub pal had one with no teeth. It would go for you time and again if you got near but thankfully it was no worse than a lousy blow job but on your finger.

Same here. Ours used to have a beanbag that he squeezed into a hump sack with his front paws. Remember my mum had neighbours over for drinks and I came into the living room to see a semicircle of these guests sitting in awkward silence as our dog put on a floor show. Apparently he'd even dragged the bag into the middle of the room so they could all get a good look.

Sorry, I thought you wanted the tome to change and the previous three posts had been convivial. Never thought of labradors as the magnolia of the dog world, more like the fulvous - as in 'if you are going to make me look up konbanpuchea or whatever it was then two can play at that game'.

Blimey... on 10:56 - Mar 17 by clive_baker | I'm definitely biased but the working cocker takes some beating. I've always appreciated & loved my dog, but this week has been a different level. The little guy & my daughter are getting the wife and I through this. Looks a little like this: |
It's a bit cute, that. That's you blown out then.
