And B) the person linked to these accounts and controlling them so that they were all deleted in one go is assigned to the Dept of Health and Social Care.
As I said, this isn't proof of government propaganda tricks but there are questions to answer to assess what was going on and why.

At the time, yes. But he doesn't get the same benefit of the doubt if he's made an accusation before, promised to supply evidence and then didn't.
Just in the same way that a cyber propaganda accusation is highly plausible given Cummings et al have been caught at it several times before, this guy's own credentials are immediately suspect because of what he's been caught for.
