Get some of these:

Stab the pitta many times with a fork.

Melt some garlic butter in the microwave. Pour it over.

Grate the strongest extra mature cheddar you can find on top and stick it in the oven.

This will beat your cheese on toast. This is where people say thank me later but fook that, thank me now.

The problem with Worcestershire Sauce on it is dispensing it evenly. Too much: ruined. Too little: pointless, but as a combo it works.

For the best C on T, take decent bread, a day old. Toast both sides, but the cheese side slightly lighter. Add strong cheddar cheese in slabs - none of this grating nonsense. Part of the delight is the variation in the cheese layer. Add a light sprinkling of Provence Mixed Herbs. Cook till lava, slice each round into 4 while the cheese is hot so it melds together again and enjoy.
