Pretty awful comment from Andrew Murray here. Really embarrassed I couldn’t see the measure of JC earlier, if these are his real views

This is getting ridiculous koonters. Yiu were referring to “right-wing ethno-religious nationalists“ who have been complaining about Labour antisemitism. The yiu throw Tommy Robinson inti the mix in a desperate attempt to discredit Zionism.

I’m nit aware of TR complaining about Labour antisemitism. I’m happy to be proven wrong.

Regardless, TR is not known primarily as a Zionist. He’s a racist hate preacher who has at times shown support for the far right policies of Netanyahu and his government. Specifically their disgraceful treatment of the Palestinian people, ergo a Muslims, TR’s number one hate.

Zionism is the belief in the right for a Jewish people to have self determination In their historical homeland.

The majority of Zionists around the world do not support Netanyahu. Christ, he can’t even get a majority of the Jewish state to vote for him.

Netanyahu is no more an example of Zionism than Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi is of the belief in a homeland for decent, law abiding followers of Islam.

You use the Zionism, and attempt to link people like TR who couldn’t give a monkey’s toss about a Jewish people and their right to self determination, as a negative right wing belief in the desperate attempt to give some respectability to some off your more troubling statements.

Well it helps people understand who people like David Collier, GnasherJew and Corbyn's two Zionists are.

Anyone would think that they are hardcore antiracists but they're just as likely to hang around with Tommy Robinson and Britain First in their pursuit of their anti-Palestinian goals.

Then you have the agenda of the Campaign Against Antisemitism, set up to defend Israel in the wake of Gaza protests. Or the renowned uncritical pro-Israel stance of the Board of Deputies that many Jews complain about. Or the Labour factional politics of many of the serial accusers.

When you see what is driving this smear campaign then you understand that this isn't an antiracist movement in any real sense.

It's just a shame that their narrative was allowed to dominate and antisemitism in the Labour Party wasn't addressed on its own truthful and evidence-based terms. As I've repeatedly said, there's no place for antisemitism in the Labour Party or any part of public life for that matter and those people should be censured, expelled and even prosecuted in some cases.

Similarly there's no place for weaponisation of racism in our politics. That also disgusts me.

What is wrong with you? Have you lost the ability to read?

I have just said if there were thousands of aides saying they thought this, it would be significant. That it's just one is less so. This is exactly my view on alternative therapies!

You're hard work sometimes Stokers.

It could equally be said that you're hard work given your refusal to look at the scientific studies and attempts to justify why something wouldn't work in lab conditions without any evidence to support your stance.

I'm going to leave it there. We clearly have a different view on evidence based research.

Where have I refused to look at scientific studies? I've literally stated I appreciate scientific studies haven't proven anything about acupuncture (but that maybe the testing procedure doesn't work under lab conditions for some reason we don't know/understand yet).

And what has any of this got to do with this thread anyway?

Yes, I think you should leave it there. And then have a look at yourself in the mirror. Your obsession is weird, as is your desire to make up stuff I haven't said/done, but to then chase me into a totally unrelated thread about it as well is, well, bonkers!

I bet Bloots will downarrow this.
