About 20 years back a work colleague I had fancied for ages told me that she'd had a dream about me but blushed when I asked what was happening it it.

Paved the way to ask her out and ended up being with her for four years.

I'd much rather she'd told me than how she'd chipped it an eagle at the 4th.

I find stories about strange dreams quite amusing if the teller is not in the habit of relating them, if someone came into work everyday and started on 'guess what I dreamt last night?' that would be boring but to pass up a grand reveal of someone who had never mentioned the subject in ten years and then went on to explain why they were mud wrestling dolphins in the window display of Selfridges during a hurricane would be an opportunity lost, imho.
