Not a case of gossiping.
Just strange that literally everything gets talked about here, but the day a child is shot and it's the main story on the BBC and Sky News, it was barely mentioned.
Just found it very strange for the board when there will be countless people here that live close by or have kids that go there.
Wasn't intending to start gossip. Just saying on a site that can have a 10 pager on roadworks by the college, you'd expect people to naturally be discussing a major national incident in the town. | |

It is horrific. I am sure we all agree. I'm not suggesting people should speculate on what has happened, it was mere the fact that a major incident was ongoing down the road, national news everywhere, yet on a board that discusses everything related to the surrounding area, it was barely mentioned.
Would you say it's not surprising to have a massive police incident that is Sky News main story not covered here? The point is from this board this morning I could have found more mentions of what ship you were on than a national incident in our town.
