I fancy Georgia to flip blue, possibly North Carolina too
Wisconsin & Michigan are as good as safe states for Biden at this point in my opinion.
Trumps only viable route is florida + arizona + pennsylvania, which will be hard to pull off & even if he does he has to hope Biden doesn't trip him up in Georgia or NC , which is likely. |
I think Trump will keep PA and even if AZ, MN and WI are flipped would leave both on 269.
If that happened then I think how it works is State Delegations in which Trump has the slight majority? Might be wrong but sure I read it somewhere.

My head, the memory of every person I've spoken to since 2016, and the Blue Wave 2018 mid term elections says Biden wins comfortably.
The memory of 2016 makes me have less faith in that feeling than I should do.
Sod it. I'll go on the line. We'll have the trifecta. Biden President. Democrat Senate. Democrat House. |

Main reason Florida needs to flip is because it'll be harder to contest as they aim to have all votes (postal included) counted by 20.30/21.00 EST
If Pennsylvania is close or give Trump a lead among *on the day* date voters , that will be his opportunity to dispute and take to the supreme court.
Not sure have counting works in Georgia or North Carolina, but Pennsylvania will be problematic if close.

Trump will probably just hold onto Arizona.

Just to add, the bigger then margin of victory for Biden the better because it's one thing to contest one state through the courts, but contesting four, five or six states through the courts is something else entirely. | |
