But on balance I quite like Dobra’s sh1thousery. It needs to be channelled better and he crosses the line too much but overall I think his willingness to take the game to older, bigger players and get in their faces is a very encouraging trait.
Obviously, he’s going to get screwed on disciplinary grounds unless he learns how to manage it better. And the play-acting should be kept to a minimum — you want to have the referee’s sympathy which won’t happen if you make him feel as if he’s being conned. |  |

The challenge before the melee was very poor though, with another ref he easily could have gone.
He was good though, very direct with his running into dangerous areas and as you say, not scared to stand up to the bigger players.

Haven't seen a replay but it just looked like he tripped him up from behind. Don't think he was lashing out and didn't look very dangerous to be honest.
What was stupid was the Burton players running up to him and shoving him onto the floor from behind after he walked away from the incident, not sure how those kinds of things aren't dealt with more harshly.. | | | |
