I was just typing the same. Kohli is so intense puts fear in his own players, Rahane is a far more relaxed character. I’m not sure Kohli’s ego would allow him to step aside as their captain. What’s best for the team, not the individual? I’d give it to Rahane permanently, which then allows Kohli to concentrate solely on his batting and scoring a hatful of runs for his country. | |
