A friend of mine, an army medic, drafted into work on a CV ward in the midlands. She is being sent home next week due to the fall in cases. She is not being redeployed to another hospital.

Knock on wood, but in my part of the world the trend in cases/deaths/hospitalizations are all trending clearly downwards. Just yesterday we had the lowest number of new cases since August. We have a long long way to go but it’s a step in the right direction. |  |
