No, as per other thread, I get the impression there may be a stay of execution after today.

What a time to be alive.

I'm too busy shaking my head and tutting at Phil's post that a 0-0 draw could save Lambert to get too upset with this shocking effort.

I am taking on board the day's efforts footballing wise whilst trying to entertain myself by deflection because the reality is too much to bear.

I honestly couldn't even listen to the game today. It's not that I don't care.

I do, so much that I find it damaging to focus on it too much.

Sure, Town sound like they were more in the game today, yay. That's not helpful in the scheme of things. A match here and there makes no difference.

The word structure cannot be banded about enough atm.

Aims, goals, purpose...

Butter fingers that one surely.

I have done that using a tablet before by mistake when I stabbed at something and the screen jumped.

Maybe.

Own up whoever you are.

My guess is either:

1) He has been backed by Evans. Been told he's going nowhere anytime soon.

2) A draw with Oxford has given him a stay of execution.

3) Has called Evans' bluff. Refuses to walk away and now knows Evans won't sack him until certain conditions regarding break clauses in his contract are met. Is essentially given a free hand to do/say whatever he wants for the remainder of his time here with the guarantee of a fat pay-off at the end.

Either way it is abysmal leadership from Evans.
