Cook is a high quality manager, it will be the new owners fault if he fails.
Marcus Evans demonstrated an excellent transformative ability to take Ipswich from a promotion-challenging championship team, to a middle of the road League One side. The new owners would have to be Paul Hurst levels of incompetence to not improve upon our situation.
As the past two games have demonstrated, the new manager and new owner have a team at their disposal that have been worse than the sum of its parts for the past couple of seasons.
It will be tough, but Paul Cook has the ability to make the play-offs. It just depends how ingrained our bad habits are. |  |
