I've had my doubts about this supposedly great squad for a while.

Someone, I think Herbivore, has been banging the drum for a while - the squad has good players in it but is bloated yet lacks depth, or indeed anyone, in certain areas. An experienced midfield controller/destroyer being one of them, especially with Skuse not in his prime but out injured anyway. |  |

Problem is. Unless you're putting in defence splitting passes or taking on 3 or 4 players you're deemed not to be a good midfield option.

All players in the past completely underappreciated by supporters yet we see a lot of love for dozzell and bishop its baffling tbh

Funnily enough Shaun Derry should have joined us in 2010. He wanted to sign but the Town hierarchy messed up the deal. A terrible decision as he would have made Town a much better side. Instead he signed for QPR and they were promoted. |  |
