Think Parrott is a year or two early and Sears is 5 years too late.

I thought the shape at Pompey was very good for the most part and you could see what he’s trying to do so it’ll be a lot crisper with a full week at Playford. Besides, if 4 players hadn’t stopped with their hands in the air to claim the ball was out of play, we’d be looking back at a good point. What’s the first thing you learn as a kid? That’s right Chambers, Edwards, Judge, Bishop....play to the whistle!

This is a genuine story, but Cook was up the training ground one evening last week when he happened to walk past our under 9's training. As he walked past, one of the young lads scored a goal and he shouted across 'don't do that lad, otherwise you'll never get a game for us'. True story
