Is James Norwood going to play today and last more than 45 minutes?

It's not something that is recommended no, highly opposed to by fitness staff, and yes I do know this as fact, especially someone who well lets be polite, isn't the fittest of players.

What are your credentials for knowing this as a fact please? Who are these 'fitness staff' who would highly oppose doing a few weights two days before a game?

Trust the process. Trust Phil.

Prior to joining us Norwood had played 45, 42, 40, 38, 37, 45, 41 and 38 games in the 8 seasons prior

Whilst he’s something of a throwback, I suspect it may be Ipswich Town’s Fitness rather than Norwood’s Fitness that may be the problem...

didnt he go abroad to get his hair transplant done when supposedly out injured and then he came back overweight later on i seem to remember,he just does not come across as an athlete does he,he has been a massive disappointment for all the hype i think.

It is fascinating though that a player who had in his previous 8 seasons hardly missed a game has now rarely been fully fit in two seasons at Town. Yet another question about Town's sports science & fitness regime.

Is it though, Like PC said too, players are injured when the going gets tough........
How injured has he actually been,

Mills was saying the other day, you'd play with all sorts of niggles knowing it would hurt a bit but you'd be fine, It makes you wonder if our lot have an itch and they feel like they need a break

I don't see why "I'm a personal trainer" or "I've worked with football fitness coaches" gives anything away about who you are. I'm not asking for your CV.

The way Norwood fannies around on social media has nothing to do with how he treats his fitness regime and professionalism as a footballer.

He bullies defenders, which is a good thing. Far more stupid are the freekicks Dozzell gives away constantly tugging people who've gone past him.

Why do you need to hide who you are? Unless you work for the club, there is no issue and nobody on here cares.

I'll have to respectfully disagree. If someone doesn’t take their fitness regime seriously they'd be unlikely to get very far as a professional footballer.

Trust the process. Trust Phil.
