McGinn and Robertson told to self-isolate now too. Not the best news for Scotland when you need to beat Croatia

I wonder if that's how he saw it? To truly know we'd have to be looking through Billy Gilmour's eyes.

Lot's of over egged media hype based on a 6.5/7 out of 10 performance. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Tongue in cheek joke, but he certainly played better than any midfielder in an England shirt. As did every other Scottish midfielder.

Wasn't McCoist saying at one stage in the first half that Gilmour was looking overwhelmed and exhausted?

Yes but yesterday would no doubt have been too soon for them to have tested positive, even if they are now infected.

Doesn't it take 7 days for Covid to show a positive result?

Yes. Struggled for the first 15 mins or so. Didn't he also threaten to chin Dixon?

Upto 7 days yes for the free lateral flow tests, but they had the more sensitive PCR tests which normally detect within 48 hours of infection

They are routinely tested every 48 hours I believe anyway. PCR test should pick up much quickly than 7 days
