Raheem Sterling 20:26 - Jul 8 with 3470 viewshomer_123

I'm not sure he's justified his selection in this England squad.

Thoughts?

There seems to be two sides of Raheem Stirling. There’s the version of his youth and end of last season that loses the ball, doesn’t hurt teams with associated grimaces. My fear was that Southgate was playing him on what he was doing a year or two back. The current version/season before last one and before has been devastating. Full credit for Southgate for sticking with him and especially full credit to RS for finding his form and doing what he’s done. Yes, one of the players of the tournament. Good luck Italy trying to contain him.

Grealish? I don’t like the bloke but he is some player. He seems at his most effective as an impact sub at the moment, but I can see him as one of the first selections in the coming years. A change of club might improve his game, it might not. It depends on his personality I suppose.

That's exactly why I called im a Rich Mans Bennetts in the first couple games, so frightening as a player but has that tendency to frustrate with some of his decision making.........

However, he has been absolutely superb this competition and we would look very different without him and his energy imo.

Never be afraid to share your thoughts.

Rich man's Bennetts has to be the absolute worst likeness to Sterling anyones ever come up with.

I do wonder if some people have ever actually watched football sometimes.

Did anyone question his inclusion in the squad? I think many said they wouldn't start him including me but he's been absolutely brilliant. Delighted for him. His story is incredible.

Truly impaired.

Grealish has vastly outgrown Villa. I see him fitting in at Spurs.

Man City were lining up for a £100M bid.
