We will see... he may or may not sign - personally think this has got way out of hand... A player who is in the championship, for a club with financial issues, being linked to a club he's been at before and who are targeting championship players isn't that 'Ridiculous' to me - Phil reported on Celina which from the outside is more far fetched than Lawrence but as some on Twitter who you don't like posts it then therefore nobody else can share a view on it? |

The original Tweeter has pointed out it was ridiculous, we have similarly done so too. If you wish to believe it isn't that's up to you. You shared your view, we gave our response. You can continue to argue that you know better, but the evidence is pretty clear really:
Someone with a reputation for making up stuff posted it. He then admitted making it up. It has been pointed out he has just been appointed Derby captain. It is in no way similar to the Celina situation except that they are former Town loanees that you would not expect to be playing at this level next season.

Very exciting times as I think we can all agree on. We're certainly in for a hell of a journey and whilst disappointed we haven't signed Crooks, suspect that we will land other targets.. change in approach will be interesting, very different pressing approach to the low block we had under Lambert! The double pivot of Evans and Harper will be key..
Think we still need a LB, 2x CB's, AM, LW...
Of course, that's just my opinion!

Time will tell.
Much more excited than I recall being when ME took over. It was an expectation that we would return to the Premier then and a slow a gradual descent that followed.
There seems to be much more about these new guys. I hope Cook gets his team to work quickly. It may take a bit of time, though. How we are overdue seeing good football bringing the success we all crave. I would love for my son to be celebrating a return to the Premier League in a couple of seasons but there is no guarantee we will get out of this division even.
I think the complete new start was needed. So much had gone so stale. | |
