It’s strange because I ordered mine Saturday at 10am and they arrived on Tuesday.

I think they always do send tickets out almost straight away, I’ve read Royal Mail are struggling in certain areas.

It’s not been great.

For the number of staff the ticket office have they used to be absolutely fine and efficient a couple of years ago, SeatGeek has obviously changed a few things.

Used to just get sent any old ticket for away games but you can actually choose your seats now.

Its not Seatgeek posting out the tickets though. It's the ticket office isn't it?

If that’s the case regarding staff, why was the pick up at away ground option not available when buying the tickets. This was stated as an option in ticket news but wasn’t available when I bought the tickets for Burton or Cheltenham. I would certainly have taken it for the latter as travelling on from Burton to the south coast on holiday after the game.

It was available for both when I purchased.

I didn't spot that option, but I ordered my Burton ticket last weekend and that has still not arrived by post. In the past, tickets generally turned up the day after they were ordered, so I didn't think it necessary to opt for anything other than "by post."
