Where do we think things will stand at stumps?

I can see a tough day's bowling for us.

Not sure that losing wickets early will be bad for us - reckon there might be a bit of swing whilst its overcast, so hopefully take a couple of early wickets. But if not, then you're right, could be tough.

Scoreboard pressure will be a factor. But the key is to bowl the right areas.

Yeah, you'd like to think so.

Surely England can't "Ipswich this up"?

Please note: prior to hitting the post button, I've double checked for anything that could be construed as "Anti Semitic" and to the best of my knowledge it isn't. Anything deemed to be of a Xenophobic nature is therefore purely accidental or down to your own misconstruing.

3 day's worth is plenty, assuming it doesn't rain.

Must be people with tickets for tomorrow wondering if they will get to use them. Don’t approve of Tests starting on a Wednesday.

Rahul lucky there, looked very out and verrrrrry late to the review. Those are the ones that prove how much DRS has changed the game.

Handy wicket just before luncheon.

Sounds deserved.

cracking catch there.

Got to say England deserved a wicket on that session, really threatening and tight bowling.

Nip out Pujara after lunch and get Kohli in again....

That was a wonderful catch by Bairstow, but what a delivery by Overton forcing that false shot - he deserved that wicket. Overton has come in and done a very good job in this test match.

Could well be a tough day but I suspect if we can take 2 or 3 wickets that will put some real pressure on India. The wicket before lunch was very handy.

Hopefully not going to matter, but we've failed to use a review that would have been out.

Tough one that.

Robinson hasn't hit the stumps much today & it was very close to the inside edge, my initial reaction was not out.

We've bowled very well with no luck.

Having just burned one very similar as well, you could see he really didn't want to risk another review.... players didn't give him a whole lot of help

Thank fk for that. Not been watching but every comment I’ve seen said England a bit unlucky in the afternoon session, although India clearly batted well.

Bit of a frustrating day but not wholly surprising. Maybe this was destined to be a high scoring draw and that 78 all out was an anomaly. We're still one good bowling spell from making good inroads though.

Three wickets and we’re into the tail. Today has been India’s day but they’re merely a long way behind now.

Two days to go with decent weather.

Stumps tomorrow either we will be chasing a modest target or already wrapped up.

Let's hope so. Sounded like we bowled well generally and lots went past the edge. Jimmy also seemed to have a bit of an off day. They have to start from scratch again, new ball due.

Need to make the most of the new ball although the English bowlers bowled well yesterday, Pujara and Kohli looked very solid at the crease. Saying it quietly, but India inching themselves back into this game. We might regret not capitalising further when we were 340-3, hope not!
