Paul cook: "We'll probably have 15,000 tomorrow" 11:53 - Nov 5 with 2228 viewsgeg1992

Looked at the seat map and hardly any tickets have been sold! Weird as although not a big game, would expect people want to turn up as it's cheap still.

Poll: Who would you play in place of Burns on Sunday?

So you're claiming that you find the upper-tier view behind a goal better than the elevated view from on/around the half way line?

I normally sit in the upper SBR, but gladly switch to a better view in the Pioneer when we have cup games.

See, me and the lad are all about sitting front row, just off centre in the SAR.

Never closing our seats :-)

Yes, Upper West was built too close to the pitch, OK if you're at the front but otherwise you can't see the near touchline

Just sounds like you’re a fussy bûgger.

I’ve sat towards the back of WSU (in the middle) and can see fine.

Must be taller than me. As I said, keep the SBR upper open and close the lower, and wait for the response

It does tend to undermine the "Town fans demand cup run" narrative if nobody turns up. Mind you, three home games in a week etc

I think people would like a cup run from round 3. Round 1 is Mickey Mouse level.

Trust the process. Trust Phil.

I can see why they do this- surely there's no point in staffing / cleaning/stewarding areas that don't need to be used for a game.

In any case, putting supporters closer together rather than dotted all over the ground creates a better atmosphere.

My ST seats are not being used tomorrow so we are quite happy to visit another part of the ground for a change.

Same cheeky so and so got my usual seat before I could get online to buy it! Instead I’m in the North Stand tomorrow for a change.
