Is there a consensus on how long we give a manager now? on 18:01 - Dec 3 by Yallop
I've not seen anyone accept that. That's why we have a manager at the helm that is used to getting out of this hell hole of a division. He justs needs a bit of time and patience.
We also have McGreal and Peter Reid as well as tonnes of playing experience in Jeffers and Roberts. If Cook goes, they all go. I don’t think anyone calling for Cook to go has sensibly thought through the ramifications of their knee jerk ramblings.

Ramifications? We might end up with another manager and his own team.. I doubt they'll come in on their own and put an ad out for coaching staff.
And let's be honest we have no idea what reid does.

Sir Alf. He didn't mess about.
But again it's all harking back in time and just not relevant anymore.
We're in League One and should not be accepting this as our natural home. We should be put out, it wasn't that long ago we felt we were underachieving by living in the Championship so it seems madness that people aren't expecting much more.
Sir Alf isn't in the timeframe we were discussing.
