Odds on Johnson testing positive some time during this morning?

He'll probably have a positive test result ready to go - unfortunately Djokivic has already used that card so he'll have trouble getting away with that one...

Yeah, wasn’t counting the Scots who have their own politics at play

Douglas Ross still sits as a Westminster MP though.

Conservative MPs are in a somewhat invidious position. If they come out too strongly against the PM, they run the risk of upsetting the more fanatical Boris-lovers among their constituency party membership. If they back him too slavishly, they may alienate their wider electorate. Either way, it endagers their chances of reselection/reelction.

I believe the only correct response to their plight here is 'LOL'.

I'm one of the people who was blamed for getting Paul Cook sacked. PM for the full post.

Clever boy.

It's going to be a couple of hours of well-deserved pain for the country's favourite banter lad very shortly. I'm off for a Danish and a coffee in anticipation :)

Nice breaking news that some PPE contracts awarded by the Govt via the VIP Lane were unlawful too

Who'd have thought that syphoning money off to people with no relevant experience and without a proper procurement process, just because they are mates or donors, would end badly. I'm shocked I tell ya.

Still, the beneficiaries won't care from the position of their newly bought luxury country mansions.

There is a really good summary in the thread of the contracts in question.

All 6 questions should be “were you at the drinks party on 20 May 2020”?

Followed by chants of you’re not fit to wear the shirt.

Looking forward to this.

Oh, that reminds me. Would you mind processing that invoice I sent to your work, please mate? Just browsing Skyscanner and seen a pretty tasty deal.

Blackford is a brilliant performer in the HoC.

He's not. It's all bluster and the same question most weeks. I don't even mean that from an ideological perspective either, I don't agree with much of what Angus Robertson said but he was much better in the role.

Blackford's a nasty piece of work as well. Read up on his campaign's treatment of Charles Kennedy in the 2015 election.

Shouldn't be any problem getting it through. I'll have a word so that the Finance Director understands the need for 500,000 chocolate teapots.
