Hitting the deck and whining to the ref at the slightest touch. Leading with the arm or jumping into the man every time they challenged for a high ball, which was very often. Leaving a foot in on numerous occasions. Just generally being one of the most unpleasant teams I've seen at PR in years.

I don’t see the issue with getting all upset with players who are probably on 25% of the wages of their opponents doing everything in their armoury as close to the letter of the law or slightly smudge that line. I also love that players like Norwood and Morsy will dish out some of that lower league experience themselves. I think it’s a lack of respect for these lesser financed teams that see us where we are, sooner we respect their efforts and tactics the better we’ll do. |
Fair play if they want to sh1thouse, that's their choice. Don't start crying when you get some back. It's a dick move of Allardyce levels. 'Eff around and find out', is what the young folk say, I believe. [Post edited 24 Jan 2022 21:21]

I've been punched in the face plenty of times in the past but it never occurred to me that rolling about a lot might help with the discomfort. Don't get me wrong, if it's a cure for pain then so be it. It's just I didn't know about it. |
Got up after 20 seconds of rolling around holding his face and and didn’t need any treatment either …tells its own story !

They want respect then they can earn it. Perhaps by attempting to play football one day, since they are apparently a football team. Morsy was right when he called them non-league, hopefully one day they’ll be back there to play amongst their own kind.

That should be a part of Morsy's defence. hamilton should be retrospectively booked for the foul on Morsy and again for the simulation and he should get the ban!

Exactly. The bloke was rolling about like a dog with fleas. If you are truly injured you don’t do that; you are too dealing with the pain and sometime unscrambling the head. Not only that, unless the bloke has a rubber face, he would have shown evidence on it of the Tommy Hearns punch. Where was the concussion protocol? Where was the helping off the pitch? The smelling salts? The counting of fingers? The doctors? Nope, none of that. Just a silly idiot flapping his mouth like a beached fish. It was pathetic.
