So pointing out what you said is superior and condescending then?
How do you function in the real world?
‘Yup, I crunched into your legally parked car whilst doing 80mph in a residential street, but I don’t appreciate you telling the insurance company that. No, I won’t admit liability’
I function exceptionally well in the real world, thanks for asking.
Let me explain my comment for you.
I do not analyse everything Boris says, I never suggested I did. To be honest I'm not that interested in politics.
Therefore, I said I find Harry's comments more blatant because he mentions Boris's weight or appearance EVERYTIME he is slagging him off.
Your example about the car is equally baffling as it is bol1ocks.
How do you function in the real world ?

It's the same type who used to bully people with all their mates when they were 15.
It's the only way they could find any validity and they still think the same rules apply throughout life.
There was a thread recently that Harry started which attracted some weird level of attention. Lots of posters lining up to take personal shots but no one addressing a word the guy had said. Real playground bullying tactics. It looked quite pathetic.
I also love the way matey tries to frame his first posts to Harry in this thread, it's real pseudo smart stuff, you know.
A bit like people who say "myself" when they mean "me" because they think it sounds more authoritative.

People who say 'myself', rather than me, have no authority. They are oafs.

I'm going with most right-minded people don't really care when it's someone like Johnson.
It's not so much shaming in general, but more making it personal because of the strong feeling towards that person.
I'm currently overweight and couldn't give a stuff what insults are directed at the likes of Johnson.
The same as I would add a few descriptives about Mogg that I wouldn't towards people who are decent. That's how contempt manifests itself.
No one holds back and thinks, "I was going to say this about that despicable person but it's probably not very nice so I will choose my words more carefully".
Anymore than I worry about hurting Putin's feeling when I say beastly things about him.
Well if that's the case that's a tad on the depressing side. I'd look at it the other way - if it's someone like Johnson there are so many legitimate avenues of criticism that weight just seems childish and resorting to playground stuff.
There are still lines you don't need to cross

Careful mate,
They don't like this kind of talk. They will all be after you in a minute

It’s a strange hill to die on though, don’t you think?
He is all of those terrible things mentioned earlier in the thread, but you jump to his defence the moment his weight is mentioned.
Forget the weight, just look at the state of him, jacket unbuttoned, tie fastened like a 10 year old child and Christ look at the hair.
He is an embarrassment and that is the politest thing I can say about him.
The point is Johnsons appearance is part of a contrived llook - aren't I a character, Ive got my shirt pulled out and I've just performed another rehearsed trip. Rememeber the Speaker having ro warn him, as he was serring his phone to go off during his time in Parliament. Rememeber him meeting Ursual EU woman, and his first reaction was to ruffle his hair
Which brings to mind his early days on HIGNFY. All 5 were given last minute checks (and attention) in make up. When they were taken to the studio Johnson ruffled his hair. It is badly cut because he or a friend cuts it for him. Any professional would spot that it is dyed - unless we have to believe that a man in his late fifties still has the strawberry blonde he had as an infant.
Johnson is a charlatan - as said, there's less to him that meets the eye. His years of abuse and insults to the EU, and its headers are hardly likely to endear him to them. Why should they pretend he is welcome. Some years back I watched the election results coming in from S Wales. All shook hands as they gathered, all however ignored the BNP candidate.
His recent comments about leading the EU is dealing with Putin are not only a blatant lie, but seek to gloss over the fact that he has been in Putins pocket, and was a willing tool in Putins attempts to break up the EU. Part of him being given the cold shoulder is because of his steadfast backing of Putin until a month ago (comments re Crimea 2014).
While the simple minded and the formless righties in the UK may support him because he is 'one of out betters', the same is never going ro be the case in both the EU and NATO. Cheap racism, lies about the EU and its leaders have consequences.
And given how many times he has got it wrong as the PM and how many rimes he has then had to do a U-Turn I can hardly think anyone outside of these shores sees him as anything but a clueless buffoon, relying on insulting those not like him (foreigners, scousers women, blacks, gay etc)
The snub was a deliberate act one certainly intended for wider consumption - and knowing it would be seen in the UK, as the UK seems to think it is OK to be represented by this incompetent cretin.
The UK has set itself on a path of isolation. Cutting itself from global trade and imposing all manner of restrictions and regulation on trade. While the EU opposed what was happening in Russia, the bloated buffoon was happy to trouser money from Putin.
That alone is worthy of the reception fatso was given

No idea if he dyes his hair, but his natural coloring would suggest that he doesn't. Its perfectly possible for a fella his age to have blond hair like that, for any number of reasons. I speak as the father of a kid with Albinism, so know of what I talk. And on that note, thank you everyone for not resorting to the "Boris the Albino" jibes that I've seen elsewhere. How he looks (distinct to how he dresses) really shouldn't come into it.

You could have ended that with "That alone is worthy of the reception he was given" rather than "That alone is worthy of the reception fatso was given" - and still made the same point but without making yourself sound like a petulant child at the end

Mate, this is where I started - and all the loon's on this board piled in.
You are 100% correct, but there is no point in trying to tell them
They will accuse you of loving Boris, starting arguments and other rubbish, just to make themselves feel superior.
Blue Badger will probably be here shortly to start the ball rolling again, or possible Jeera.

water melon smiles ?
And it IS dyed as it varies in shade. It is nothing to do with being an albino either, that is seen as being white, not strawberry blonde.
"Boris Johnson is to tell millions of overweight Britons to get on a bike to shed the pounds and survive COVID-19."
Whereas this lazy porker has continued to pile on the pounds, getting fatter by the week, despite
"Launching a massive anti-obesity campaign, the prime minister will order GPs to prescribe cycling to lose weight as he attempts to put the nation on a diet."
And a likely cause of his COVID infection was his idiotic appearance at a hospital where he boasted of shaking hands with those infected with COVID. Reckless behaviour which flew in the face of advice at the time.
Why ?
So he could get his bloated visage in print, with the obligatory two thumbs raised while leering into the camera, for all the world looking like the village idiot on a day out at the seaside.
His time is not spent on government business, or even his constituency - but in waddling around the country making promises, hoping to gain popularity, oblivious to whether they are feasible (they are not) - see brexit.
His time in office has been one of monumental failure - and his ever increasing, bloated carcass is a daily reminder of that fact.

Another whinger from the FoF- friends of Datso
His corpulence is an easily seen sin of the lies and deceit he embodies
You might just as well be asking, when criticising the Popes views on contraception, to not mention that he is a Catholic.
His irresponsibility over COVID should not be forgotten* - his bloated form that can no longer do up his jacket is a daily reminder of that irresponsibility and the lies he constantly spouts
* how many of the 160,000 or so COVID deaths were due to his incompetence ?

You seriously need help mate.
Just because we are telling you not to call him names or fat shame him - DOESNT MEAN WE ARE SUPPORTING HIM.
I hate using capitals - but clearly its impossible to get through to you.
and in answer to your question - directly, due to him. Probably none. But I'm sure you hold him personally responsible for everyone, probably creating the virus in the first place.

I’m no fan fatso (and he’s certainly not my better, even if he’s yours). in fact the best praise I could think of is “at least he’s not Putin”, which is a pretty low bar.
That said, you haven’t addressed the fact that the clip you posted is almost akin to fake news if you watch the full version. I think it’s important not to be pushing a narrative of Western disunity at this point, as there is only one benefactor.
My take from the video though is a complete lack of diversity- we definitely need more female leaders!

I'm a member of the green party so the idea I'm a Boris fan is pretty laughable - just find it frustrating when people debase themselves (and the argument!) in this way
It's not hard to grasp the difference between your Catholic example and using 'fatso' is it? One is how the Pope would describe themselves, the other is you insulting someone based on their weight.
An equally stupid question but whilst we're finishing off primary school for the week - if Vladimir Putin was black would calling him the N word be okay in your view?

Don’t take it personally- Chairman Mao was a bit of a “rightie” in Harry’s world.
