Norwood is a very limited striker, who is a liability and shouldn't be involved again ahead of being released.

He is, however absolutely miles ahead of Bonne and Jackson right now, so will start tonight I'd have thought.

I would be amazed if Simpson started, he hasn’t even made the bench as far as I’m aware since he came back, so he is either not better than Pigs, Norwood and Bonne in training or won’t play until his contract is sorted.

Either way it’s bench at best I would think.

Won’t happen tonight. I expect McKenna to go with what he thinks is his strongest line up given that the opposition have plenty to play for.

The last 2 games are genuine dead rubbers so that’s where Simpson plays if at all. If he doesn’t feature in those games, that to my mind speaks volumes as to where his future may lie

Personally, I think Norwood (of all the strikers we have) is actually quite likely to be here next season.

I don't think he'll be top man, that will be someone who gets brought in.

But McKenna likes him and his workrate. He will be used as an impact sub and a change up when we need some muscle.

You can't just play Rolls Royces all the time in this division. The more aggressive teams will over power you. You need a stock car or two for when the battle is on.

Norwood is there to do the ugly things others can't. And he will always give you a fair return of goals.

Also he's street smart. For all the 'head's gone' comments he gets he's only been booked 5 times this season and yet is one of our most physical players.

Sam Morsy has had 14 yellows for us.

Now you could say that's luck Norwood hasn't been booked more. But look at his record. 6 yellows last season. 6 yellows the season before that. No reds.

At this level he is a useful asset to have. Goals, aggression and the dark arts. All the teams that get out of this divison have a 'Norwood' somewhere in their squad.

I suggest you learn to count, Morsy has 11 yellows for us this season. Unless of course you are counting the ludicrous blub by the Accrington chairman that got him a ban or the red he got for boro in his last game for them? Do keep up!
