Maybe they'll go easy on the handicap and you can run it with less weight?

Slip the escort and have a quiet pint in the Blue Bell. Real ale and no groups allowed. Come back refreshed.

I went on one in Cambridge last year and worried it was a bit of a sad reflection on me that I was the last man standing.

In terms of advice, all I can offer is have a good breakfast (non alcoholic), a good lunch and a decent dinner.

No idea when I began here, was a very long time ago. Previously known as Spirit_of_81. Love cheese, hate the colour of it, this is why it requires some blue in it.

York Tap is my fave still open, my fave pub they closed down during lockdown, but there's dozens of good pubs in York, I'd skip the races

I'm off there next week, feel free to add any more to go to. Been a few years since I've headed to York.

I go on holiday with between 5 and 7 mates each year the lowest age is now 50 and the highest is 63. Its all inclusive, lay by the pool all day and have a few and then go into town and have a few more . Most in bed by 1am. Rinse and repeat. Yes it's an old boys holiday but very enjoyable. Not helping your stag weekend predicament but an insight how age catches us all up
