Kit reveal 19:04 - Jun 9 with 6199 views | FrimleyBlue | Knowing my luck it will end up being tonight. But we've seen some mentions of a kit reveal mid June which would make sense with today's news about Sheeran. He has a 4 day break between concerts this week so possibly a chance to get a video or two done for an announcement. Funny how these things become important. It doesn't really matter yet its just part of the summer lead up isn't it, kit reveal. Signings. Squad numbers etc. Hoping for a black away shirt. Sons already asked for one for birthday but only if its black.

Kit reveal on 20:31 - Jun 9 by Veggie | It looks pretty terrible as well. I’m pretty sure we’ll regret losing Adidas. |
I agree with this. The quality of adidas is excellent, even if they are off the rack designs.

Kit reveal on 09:49 - Jun 10 by abracaDOBRA_ | Because our contract ran out, we probably wanted to renew and they chose not to sign the contract? |
What reason would a business like Adidas have for turning a customer away who wanted to pay them money? Your argument doesn't make logical sense. It would only really ring true if we were a club of high standing, which would have resulted in kit suppliers paying us to wear their merchandise.

I'm not really here to make an argument, was just relaying what i'd read somewhere. May be true, may not. I'm not Adidas or Ashton and dont do the contract negotiations. I just remember seeing that Adidas was reducing it's number of clubs [Post edited 10 Jun 2022 10:11]

One of the interviews Ashton gave he talked about how they weren't overly happy with Adidas. Think it was always on the cards they wanted more input.

Well there's nothing like kits from 30 years ago to really win this argument! We are going to sell a lot more shirts than Luton, Huddersfield and probably Burnley, all of whom have bespoke designs. Same as Bournemouth had bespoke. Same as some very small nations and club sides, Obviously it may fall within a typical collar, cuff, side panel, shoulder format used on other kits, but I'd be amazed if we are not given a bespoke design. The sublimation will no doubt be unique to ITFC and likely a throwback to one of our classic kids. Quite simply Umrbo doesn't base it's designs on a selection of templates. The designs are bespoke. You seem to be confusing the actual design with the more limited layout and construction of the shirt. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

As has been said many times, the Umbro of today is not the same Umbro as when they used to supply our kits in the 90s. Bought by Nike, then sold back to ‘Iconix Group’. If the rumours are true about them supplying our kits, then I hope they can match Adidas for quality. Somehow I doubt it. [Post edited 11 Jun 2022 6:52]

Kit reveal on 09:28 - Jun 10 by Metal_Hacker | I find it a bit strange that Adidas would sack us off considering the profile ES offers them on his own .That said I'm sure and I hope that the new venture with AN Other manufacturer / supplier is more lucrative and more personalised. My other wish would be as rumoured the third shirt is actually black - it'd soften the blow having Umbro for me a little [Post edited 10 Jun 2022 9:30]

I didn't know this was an argument? I am just saying people complaining about templates never did so when we used them back in the 90s? As for not being templates, you can literally buy some of them being used by their clubs off the shelf for your 5 a side team from their online store, and this has been the case going back years. I have played 11 a-side teams with recent West Ham templates for kits, and my local non-league side uses one that was used by Bournemouth recently as well. I did make a mistake in that I think those unpopular Mitre shirts were all bespoke designs, much like the Punch ones. When it's announced as Prostar we'll all be happy either way.
