Game changer Shares on 22:21 - Jul 18 with 1812 views | PrideOfTheEast | It’ll just be the way the club is being funded. On my phone so can’t read all that but each time somebody contributes equity shares will be issued. That is what is diluting Marcus’s stake when ITFC issue shares post a cash call.
Game changer Shares on 10:00 - Jul 19 with 1096 views | clive_baker | Looks like additional investment into the club from allotting new shares, presumably from non existing shareholders. Would've required their approval as they'll be diluted, but perhaps the capital injection they think needed to push us on. Tom Ball is the new CFO who replaced Mark Andrews, so would've expected him to be made a legal director and not just in title. Oh and they've missed an L in 'Club' on the new registered address.

It'll be from existing shareholders, i.e. those allotted by ITFC will have gone to Gamechanger. Those allotted by Gamechanger will have gone to the ownership group, i.e. to those who contribute when the club needs funding which, per what O'Leary has said publicly, excludes Marcus to date.

I thought Marcus Evans owned shares in ITFC in the same way many of us do, but indirectly via the ‘old’ company. Any increase in the number of shares in Gamechanger does not dilute Marcus Evans shareholding in ITFC One of us is talking bullocks ….it maybe me.

Would be interesting to know whether the Three Lions have put in anything further, or indeed whether they made an investment in the first place and weren't given their five per cent for their role in facilitating the deal.

That was my memory as well. He was given 5% of shares in Gamechanger in exchange for the fee/debt write off. I assume this means his share holding has been further diluted. Given the club issued new shares (that seem to have been sold to Gamechanger) it would make sense that the PLC's stake will have been diluted also.
