and their voters sticking the knife in to the Tory party for the mini Budget i don’t really stand left or right but the left can’t come up with an alternative way to tackle the recession and cost of living so as my mate once said if you got nothing useful to say shut the fcuk up and work on an alternative.

Since the OP seems to be framed around the suggestion that there are no alternatives to cutting taxes for the richest and relying on the debunked idea of trickle-down economics, here are a few of the many (far better) alternatives suggested:
Increase corporation tax as planned and up to the rate all other developed countries charge. Put a windfall tax levy on energy companies. Abolish the standing charge so people only pay for what they use. Investing in windfarms and solar cells. Invest in improving battery tecnology. Focus tax cuts on the poorest instead of the richest - those who actually need the money.
I am sure there are many more suggestions that I am not aware of too.

Yep. The OP is either deliberately stirring (most likely) or just ignorant.
The elephant in the room though is still our relationship with the EU. I don’t know how long it’ll be until a party with a chance of being elected (Lib Dems don’t count!) can come out and say we need closer ties. It would recoup tens of billions of pounds per year back into the treasury, free up businesses to trade without barriers to a huge market straight on our doorstep, reinvigorate a whole range of educational, research and social activities, provide access to funds for genuine “levelling up”, strengthen the pound, reassure the markets, etc.
It would do more for growth, prosperity and social cohesion on a more environmentally sustainable footing than any ideas either the Tories or Labour are currently coming up with.
“Government are making a massive hash of running this country driving it into the ground ,But there is no alternative there is not one party i would vote for not one”
Have to say I totally agree with this. Next election, there is no chance of me voting Labour or Conservative, or Lib Dem either. He might be on a TWTD windup, but he does inadvertently raise a significant point. There must be many who are completely disillusioned with British politics & need something new, something common sense, taking ideas from wherever & if they work, try them. Being innovative, using clever well thought out ideas. I’m totally fed up of left v right, senseless bickering. It gets us nowhere.

Please tell me what it is about Labour, LibDems and the Green Party that put them all in the same ball park as the openly corrupt and clearly incompetent Conservative Government we have.
Just because you don't agree with every detail of a party, surely you can vote for one that is better than the worst of them! To fail to do so is an acceptance that you are OK with what we are getting. Since when did open corruption and incompetence become absolutely fine?
It is a bit like saying we couldn't sack Hurst or Jewell when it was clear they were utter disasters because the replacement might have been nearly half as bad.

What you've set out there is the mindset of the 'shy tory'.

I’ve lost all trust in all of them. They’re all too rapped up in their selfish party lines ideology to the detriment of the national interest. The political system is broken. It’s like what we really need is a wartime like national government of unity to see us through critical times. Or a completely new party to evolve.
