Health wouldn't be underfunded if the money was spent properly. So much money is wasted meaning the front line suffers.

Whilst it's true that certain changes(ie removing the internal market, primarily) would help efficiency, the idea 'the NHS has enough money, it just needs to waste lesst' is a myth.

You want your kid educated, get a second job you lazy barsteward and send him to Eton and her to Cheltenham College or whatever it’s called. Want granny looked after? Well you can Trump style cheese your own doctors and nurses, add a wing to your mansion and if you are short of money, get a third job, work harder or get a better paid one. Simple!
