If they are allowed to switch, it would probably be an idea for them to use a bigger stadium more local to them. |
The FA (sensibly, for once) changed the rules, not long after the furore of Farnborough Town switching their home tie against Arsenal to Highbury in 2003. Obviously they did it for their share of a 35,000 attendance, but one of the few points of the FA Cup is the fun of big clubs going to play at little grounds & I think you can only switch under some quite stringent circumstances. |  |
