Pickled some eggs on Jan 4th, when will they be perfect to consume?
Had 1 this morning and it tasted great but is that it's optimum timing or is there yet more to be heralded from further time in its .jar?

It is indeed. It doesn't get much better then a pickled egg dropped into a packet of walkers ready salted. I always find that this being the only food on offer is often the sign of a good pub
