Bad take I'm afraid. McKenna is simply starting to get some criticism for the first time and deservedly so, it's his job to get the team performing and he isn't doing it, our form has been dreadful for a sustained period, he deserves to get some stick. |  |

The guy is young, first proper manager job and has started well. He’s put together what looks like a really good squad. But he’s going to make mistakes. I’m really sore at the way we’ve dropped away, and yes, the manager has to shoulder his share of the blame. He’s still learning and it’s surely not surprising that in his first full season his team and tactics are going to unravel at some point.
I had hoped that we’d run through this season in the top two, - it’s clear now that’s not going to happen. We might still squeeze in, but it will take some run from us, and a drop in form from Weds or Plym for that to happen. We need fear no one in the P/O’s.
But should the worst happen and we fall short then I think we are in great shape for next season with a more experienced manager and a really good squad. |  |

Same here, we’ve improved massively, but we’ve dropped off from the standards we set early on in the season and we don’t appear to be able to regain that form, having spent £multimillions trying to do so, so I think a bit of criticism is fair. | |
