Looking at the table now and thinking Wednesday are nailed on to get to about 96 points. I think they are gone. Plymouth i suspect will drop off slightly but hard to see them fall far below two points a game. Prediction for them 94 points. Leaves us needing 39 from 16 to get 95. 12 wins and 3 draws and 1 defeat territory. I’ll never say we can’t do it on the basis I think if we do click we’ve got the class to be just too good but we’ve not really shown the balls to suggest we will do it. I f’ing hope we do start now.

Even if we won every game for the rest of the season, I don't see either Sheffield Wednesday or Plymouth dropping 8 points. And we're not going to win every game, so they'll need to drop a heck of lot more.
I'd rather that we start building up some resilience and momentum for the play-offs (today was a good start) then speculate how many points we need over the next few games. It's largely irrelevant as whatever we get, it won't be enough. [Post edited 11 Feb 2023 18:58]
