Is the fridge door closed?
I understand he might have a slight injury at the moment but I've thought for a while something is a little fishy around Fridge. Regularly talked up all season as part our best centre half pairings but involvement has been noticeably limited this year, albeit with a few injuries in the mix.
Even small things like the latest 'Coffee Club' release from the club. Fridge has been the ever-present host of that feature until now...
Anyone think he might have had a fall-out with someone and be on his way in the summer? Might be nothing in it at all but keen to gauge opinion as something seems awry. |  | | |  |

I suppose it's amazing how fortunes change. JD is perhaps the best example, having gone from zero to hero and now back to semi-hero. But the reversal in fortunes of Burgess and Edmundson is also pretty amazing.
If you take Burgess as an example he was written off last season, but has bounced back, and there is no reason to think the same might not be true of George when he gets fully fit. And certainly McK has shown he is willing not to write off people. |  | | |

On Chaplin, it's strange you say that as I could have sworn that there was debate initially as to which is his stronger foot because he seems so strong on both.
I would say he's quite two-footed but I haven't got to as many games as would have liked so sure you're right. |
Respectively, there's no doubt that he's left footed.
I've said for a while I'd like to see him play more in the left sided ten position (he's almost always on the right) because he'd not have to turn inside so often. |  |

I'd say most modern-day footballers are incredibly one-footed. I don't know if they are coached not to use their weaker foot but many seem reluctant to attempt even a 5-yard pass with it. |
In respect of Town though, we're L1. You find very few players with the ability almost to use either foot regardless at this level. Only a cameo, I know, but Luongo showed a marked ability to use either foot last time out.
Going further back, how many of the Town greats were nigon two-footed - Mills, maybe - hence his frequent appearance at left back . Osman was pretty good on his weaker foot, but I don't recall even Warky scoring too many with his left. | |

Mills was very much right footed. I think you are right about Osman. Mariner could use both feet although better with his right, as was Brazil. | | | |

Think Alan Brazil was a lefty. Mills was indeed predominately right but could swith it to his left when playing there, if required. | |
