Harness all day long over Humphreys...
Humphreys hasn't made the bench since Luongo (and Ball), have been in the picture.
That said, a fighting fit TJJ , would have probably challenged Harness for a bench/ rotarion role, since Broadheads arrival.

Harness is 27 so unlikely to improve. While replacing Humphreys with Luongo has been a master stroke (and I think Luongo has also been far more effective than Evans) we shouldn't forget that Humphreys is just 19 & has done well in his appearances this season. He's going to make a player.

Gillingham. They've got money, and he's Kent.

(Orient, meanwhile, will be skint because they've had not one but two pitch invasions in the last few weeks) .

It's helpful that there's a fair few teams between League One and the National League with money to burn - we might find homes for a few senior players we'll want to move on like Pigott, Harper, Hladky, maybe Evans.

Let me ask a different question, one that is more realistic.

If we are talking more back up/ Bench for next season, Harness or Humphreys?

Both. Harness will blossom when his confidence returns - signs of that at Barnsley. Humphreys is still growing and his potential is exciting. El Mizouni lurking........

Absolutely...Im a big fan of Humphreys and said so on many occasions. But for me, right now, a 27 year old seasoned pro like Harness , who is more physically robust. Gets the nod ahead of CH..
If teams picked players based on "potential", then we'd all have 14 year olds in our teams. Just because of their potential.

He’d have to jockey for a place in the team there.

Or maybe we'll saddle them with Harness instead

He'll fall at the first hurdle.
