Or is it just the 'English Tax' which seems both ridiculous and a thing?

I don't see him being worth that, good player, very good player but Â£100M?

Though, I do wonder if perhaps he might be worth that Arsenal and give them what they lack?

He’s 24 so of course he is. Will play for the next 10 years at least at the top level and looks very likely to be amongst the top 10% of players.

Maybe not £10m but I agree. Especially when he doesn't contribute an awful lot in turns of goals/assists.

Certainly an English tax as both clubs need to fulfill their "home" quota as they haven't got their own.
