You need to enlighten me on this, but what does David Baddiel’s racist caricature from nearly thirty years ago, which he has publicly apologised for in numerous occasions and finally, after far too long, apologised face to face to Jason Lee, have to do with his ability to comment on conspiracy theories?
You do seem to have a rather unhealthy obsession with David Baddiel.
Fancy saying that somebody from the BAME community cannot be a victim of racism if they are successful. Utterly disgusting view to hold imo. By your logic, Jason Lee asa successful Premier League footballer, couldn't be a victim of racism. Weird.

I think it's more to do with him being held up as some beacon of righteousness, when he's done some pretty nasty things in the past - causing someone to suffer mental health issues. His and Skinner's campaign against Jason Lee was pretty ruthless. Yes, times were different then but I dont ever remember a time when ruthless bullying (and that's what it was) was OK.

I haven't seen him held up as "some beacon of righteousness". He's made some very thought provoking documentaries and books dealing with racism. At the same time he has addressed his own issues with blacking up on Fantasy Football.
He has also been on the receiving end of some absolutely vile racism which continues today.
XYZ doesn't want to balance the two and seems to have some form of Baddiel tourettes.

No, the public set the agenda. The Sun love publishing salacious celebrity stories because people want to read them or click on the headline. This has obviously become far worse since the internet led to a reluctance to pay for media.
Interesting to note the Sun has not reported on similar allegations regarding one of its well known former employees appears to be facing. Suggestions from some (I am not suggesting anything) that the sun even covered up some of this behaviour......
I do not know if these allegations are true but I suspect there could soon be a dossier
